This is large project in which the energetic consumption with the principal software described in C.T.E. Code has been verified, getting "A" in the qualification. Furthermore, in the pre-design phase the category LEED® Gold in LEED BD+C has been obtained.

The passive strategies implemented in the project and the innovation in the design have given as a result the best example among the buildings in the city, standing out not only the fundamental environmental strategies but also the requirements of the C.T.E. Code.
